Refund/Return policy

Thank you for buying a course with us. We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional learning experience online. As with any online purchase experience there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a course from Creative971 you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions covered below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

This is NOT a 100% refund guarantee, this is a 7 Day refund period to give you the chance to refund the course as per the below conditions. 

Send an E-Mail to academy@creative971.com with the Subject: Refund and your E-Mail address you have registered yourself and purchased the course on our platform. We will review the below and will come back to you with an update on the refund granted or not.

1. Full Refund

Under this refund policy you may cancel your purchase of the course within a period of 7 calendar days from the date on which you have purchased the course. The full refund minus processing/admin fee* will only be given, if you have not accessed nor started watching any of the contents of the online course.  Please note if you have accessed and “started watching any of the paid video content” – (We can check your activity log and are able to see your watch time) the right of full refund will not be given to you and you will hence automatically fall under the 2. Partial Refund conditions.

*Please note there is an admin fee of 50 USD (to cover processing fees / set up fees we incur) which we will need to deduct in processing the refund, from the original price you have paid for the online course already.

2. Partial Refund

We want to make sure that our customers are happy and hence we offer a partial refund under the below conditions only. (We can check your activity log and are able to see your watch time).

If you have watched not more than 60 minutes of our paid video content course within the period of 7 calendar days from the date on which you have purchased the course, and you feel this course is not helping you, then we are happy to refund 50% of the total cost to you. The only deductible will be the 50 USD admin/processing fee. 

3. No Refund

If you have watched more than 60 minutes of our paid video content course there is no refund provided at all.

We don’t offer refunds after 7 days no exceptions. 

We offer a refund period based on conditions NOT a full refund guarantee. 

Our policy is linked on all our landing pages and it’s up to you to do your due diligence before purchasing products from us.
